Polo playa 2001 1.6 - 2.0 2E conversion

good day guys , i did an engine conversion from 1.6 Afx to 2.0 2E longblock in my polo Playa 2001

i bought a 2E motor along with its ECU and Flywheel + pressure plate from a golf 3 gti

my Gearbox is a DGG spigot shaft has 24 teeth so i got the correct 210mm clutch to fit my spigot shaft

the problems i have with the conversion are as follows:

after installing the engine i noticed the Engine is at an Angle, not level , its a bit higher on the left side than the Right side , i asume my rear Engine mount has to be changed or modified to get the Engine rest Nice and Level because its a long Block? , also my car has vibrations after installing the 2E , im wondering if the vibration comes from the engine being at an Angle , i removed the rear engine mount and put bottle jack onderneath the Sump ,and lowered it untin engine sits level , and its about 2cm difference , could i just cut the engine mount rubber with a grinder , or maybe find a shorter mount that would work ( Mk2 gti mount maybe ? ) would appreciate some advice on this

other problem is my starter motor (bosch genuine ) is making a Loud grinding noise when Engaging with the flywheel ? im not exactly sure why but some of my friends said the ring gear is different , or maybe the alignment of the Bendix ? or it could be the starter itself ...but i tested my starter and all seems okay with it ... just when swinging the starter it makes a horrible noise , it turns the flywheel and the car starts .. its quiet when idling or driving ... maybe the Angle of engine listed in first part could also contribute to this issue ...not sure ? i inspected my flywheel and all the teeth are fine , someone turned the motor bit by bit and i checked every tooth ... is there differences in the Bendix Gear Tooth amount ? mine has 9 teeth ..and it looks like my flywheel teeth are almost the same , so im still confused where the noise comes from and if this noise is Causing Damage ...so far i havent seen any Damage on flywheel or bendix ....but The noise it makes Is very loud Grinding noise

my Oil light is on and making a beeping noise ...but i am sure im getting Good oil pressure , my 1.6 didnt have the oil sensor on the Head but the 2E does ... so i dont know how to sort that out

i Built the motor myself when it came back from engineering and it started up nicely , i bled the lifters beforehand ...they were noisy but quited down after a while .. and engine is purring like a kitten idling smoothly ...its a nice improvement from the 1.6, much more torque on lower revs
