Hi All.

I am new to this site and hoping someone could advize or assist me please. I have recently bought a 2012 golf 6 tsi cabrio highline. The issue i am having is that the voice command button only mutes the sterio and does not allow me to use it. I was watching on youtube and they say that i can use the vcds to reactivate it, but i dont know if this is the case. Any advice or assistance on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

What head unit have you got? As far as I know none of the standard head units in SA have voice control. On my GTi it also mutes the stereo.

Hi. I actually have no idea. I have the screen on it and i have absolutly no idea of how these things work. Best i could see was on youtube where a guy goes into the vcds and enables it. Guessing that then its just not available. But i rather ask than sit and wonder
