Oil pressure light flashing and beeping

My VW polo 1.6 bah 9n knocked the block. Bought a BLM block and put in new oil pump and among other things. Now the engine runs smoothly but oil pressure light is giving a living hell. I have change the oil pressure sensor bought from GW. I need real help guys this is keeping unsettled

Did you prime the new oil pump before running the engine?

put a pressure gauge in so you can see what it's doing

Howzit, did you get help on the flashing light? I have a similar problem but I replaced my polo vivo 1.4 clp timing chain cover with the cls one 1.6 and it has a cartridge oil filter. After doing that the car is now flashing the oil light. I replaced the oil sensor and the oil pump not so long ago. Please help

I have the same problem with my mk1 1.4carb need to replace my oil pressure sensor switch but it looks diffrent to the one that is on the car so i dont know if it will work
