Hi Guys,

Can someone help me?

I think I have more than 50 posts in this forum but I still can't post an ad in for sale section. I went into the parts section and I still can't see the "NEW TOPIC" button.

Sinbad is away currently. I don't have admin rights to the relevant sections to change that. (if i did i would break something for sure!)

I'm all for the 50 post rule, but it seems newbie's just spam a bunch of posts in the jokes section to get their post count up quickly.

Is there no way that a minimum post body of say 10characters can be enforced so that haha or +1 doesnt count as a post?
Use it dont use it. I hust find sometimes that if I view the unread posts there is old stuff bumped up with a +1 or something stupid.

I remember watching a newbie who I had warned not to spam, spam for two hours straight one evening. The second he got to 50 posts I banned him for a week...

Guys for me the forum has been very helpful. And yes I agree some people just spam. But this is a good platform to learn from other guys and ask for advice when needed.
