2006 Citi Chico (1.4 Carb) intermittently cuts out

my Citi chico 1.4 carb will start and drive for 10min or so then just stutter and die. sometimes it will start right up after, other times it will just swing and after a while start but then continue to die. seems to occur when car has warmed up.
There is fuel coming into the carb, new coil , coil leads , spark plugs and if i swing it normally there is spark coming from coil. someone sugested its my immobilizer (factory fitted) but i do not see the orange (car with key) light on the dash when this happens, its mentioned that i need to bypass this. does this sound like it could cause these issues and if yes how do i go about bypassing that immobilizer unit ( think its the TCI or something along those lines)
any advise would be appreciated
