ABS module long code

Greetings all,

My vehicle had the ABS light and traction control on so after doing a diagnostic, it was traced down to a faulty ABS module. I have replaced the module with a second hand part however, I cannot use the old code on the module installed in the vehicle.

The old part number is 1K0907379BJ
The module installed is 1K0907379AT.

The vehicle is a golf 6R.

Could there be a way of generating a code that would work or am I missing something. I used VCDS to try coding the new module and it gave me an error 31.
