looking for engine mount for golf 1 to apk engine

Hi guys please forgive me if this question has been asked before my phone is giving me problems lately so I can't go and search if these questions has been asked before.
1) I want to do a APK conversion on my golf mk1 is the sump lower then the normal 1.8i/2.0i engines and is it aluminium
2)Where can i get the throttle bodies for the intake
3)For the guys who have used Oom Poy's gearboxes are the only made for track or can you use it on the long road
4) I don't like the ffz gearbox because it makes your car sound like it's looking for another gear

Any one with knowledge of what Pistons to put in 2lt APK.. BMW CARAVELLE OR POLO TSI.. Keeping in mind in future to go turbo..what piston will be perfect fit.. And any engineering involved.. Any advice would be much appreciated
