Could you suggest some dyno's in Durban for me to comapre (I know it is not going to give me accurate figures as it is not the same dyno I got my car dyno'ed here in JHB).

So guys my apologies for stealing this thread...I have a 1989 Mk 1 Blue and White Citi-Golf...which needed a new heart...so we dropped in an ABF 2.0 16v...got this guy running with a mechanic friend. Bought the motor as is just did the normal checks...got Nathan from IXS to put in a 421 branch with 57mm exhaust...added a FFZ gearbox to it welded the pin so if the box break the box wont bust into pieces...took the car as is and got it tuned at AUTOPOWER and hit 125.6kw on the Dyno...after some time the car started hunting with the revs...cleaned the throttle and then I decided that I want to go the throttles route...managed to get 20v throttles for her and also a Rowland intake...now I need to know what route should I go when choosing injectors...and is it expensive as I have to sell a kidney for it...and why are there no videos showing how to build one on Youtube...i will appreciate it if someone could show me some light...because i was thinking 550cc top feed injectors

You are going to need to relcate your alternator, Dave Ingle sells the kit and I believe Delarey Racing Development is also busy with their design.

Why 550cc injectors?
550's will flow enough to support about 350hp.
Up to 300cc will be more than enough for your aplication.
ABF injectors are 220cc, if I remember correctly and are perfectly fine for your setup.

I had 550cc injectors on my 2.0 8 valve turbo motor and they flowed plenty enough. I actually swopped them out for lower flow injectors to get the tuning right. Unless you plan on going that route, get the smaller injectors.
Higher flowing injectors will not automatically make more power, even if the management is tuned for it, it will make tuning the idling and low speed tuning more difficult, in fact.

The stock injectors that come with the 20v throttles are plenty and will handle cams that you throw in later also. Granted all this is on pump fuel.
