Right now, the Scooby is still in 3 parts. :sad: Motor, gearbox, and the rest. Looks like the clutch replacement took its toll on my health, been on my back for the past 3 days. Only a week to go..... :bang: Mental note: in winter don't spend too much time on your back on cold concrete! Use the creeper. :bang:

What was the issue with the high boost? Did you get it sorted?

Ill be keen.... Scoob is just going in for brand new cutch, service and cambelt/tensioners on friday, so hopefully all will be sorted for Sun.

I presume we can enter on the day? Do we need to bring any safety gear... Ie helmet, long pants and shirt etc. Hope you guys dot mind I posted a thread on SOCSA for any other scoobs that may want to join in.

Yes, you need a helmet. The long shirt and pants will be standard, it's winter...... :lol:

Bring them! Few cars beat the sound a boxer motor makes! :evil:

1. Head east on 14th Ave/M87 toward Western Bypass/N1 220 m
2. Make a U-turn at Western Bypass/N1 (signs for N1/Bloemfontein)
Continue to follow M87 1,9 km
3. Turn right at Ontdekkers Rd/M18 5,8 km
4. Slight left toward Crous Dr 42 m
5. Slight right toward Crous Dr 220 m
6. Slight left at Crous Dr 550 m
7. Turn right at Main Reef Rd/R24

still can't find it look for Krugersdorp airfield..

if you still can't find it .. go look for the Voortrekker Monument if you get there you know you are bloody far from the Hillclimb !

If you put these co-ordinates into Mapsource it takes you right the hill climb location, at the top of Hillclimb Drive.

How many k's is it from Roodepoort? We doing a scooter breakfast run on Sunday morning to Roodepoort, and thought id come through from there and then just wheelie the whole track! lol
